Can we order samples of your products?

Yes all samples are charged at a discounted rate. We require prepayment via a credit card as well as your courier account number or we can arrange shipping. Should you place an order; the costs minus shipping charges will be credited.

Can RiseAbovePromo.com sell products from Overseas?

Yes we can, we have resources to export many different products from overseas. Time lines are approx 2-3 months, minimum quantities required. Over seas programs are a great way to save money when you have the time!!

Does RiseAbovePromo.com Supply Embroidery & Silk-screening services?

Yes with the sale of our products we supply both Silkscreen and Embroidery services.

What are your Minimum Quantities?

Minimum quantities for embroidery are 18 and Silkscreen is 15 Minimum quantities for gift items these vary and contact us direct for quantities.

What type of art format do you accept for Silkscreen and Printed Products?

The majority of our manufacturers require an EPS format created in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Photoshop. All text must be converted to outlines.

What if we don’t have the proper file format?

RiseAbovePromo.com can provide services to convert your file. We have in house graphic designers that can work with you.

Can we see a proof of the art prior to silkscreen embroidery or printed products?

Yes an electronic proof will be supplied to you prior to production for Silkscreen and Printed Products. For Embroidery we can supply you with an electronic stitch sample proof or image.

How long will my order take to complete?

Depending on the product, the average delivery period is between 2-3 weeks from the date of a signed proof or order form which will be either faxed or email to you once your order has been placed.
