Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread.Today all embroidery is done by a computerized machine that sews the logos (or designs) directly into the garment.

At Rise Above Promo we use top of the line Embroidery machines that are capable of sewing a wide array of custom products. We emphasize on starting with the “Right Kind of Artwork” when it comes to sewing. The quality of a sewn logo will always be determined by the accuracy of the set up & digitizing. We take the necessary steps to convert your design to sew out tight, clean and as complete as possible.
There is a 12 piece minimum on all embroidered orders. You have the freedom to mix and match garment styles and colors on any order over 24pcs. This option creates the ultimate solution when it comes to custom uniform Work Wear that looks amazing! The normal turnaround time is usually 7-10 business days. Screen Printing

Screen printing, also known as silk screening or silk screen printing, is the technique of using a stencil or “screen” to print inks directly to the surface of a garment. This method is the most cost effective way to reproduce the same image on multiple piece runs.
Screen Printing Prices Are Based On:

- Number of individual colors in the design being printed
- Number of print locations
- Total quantity
We have the capability to screen print up to 12 spot colors in a single design. For extremely colorful artwork exceeding 12 colors we use what is called a 4 color process, this method mixes 4 colors (CMYK) to create most colors in the spectrum.

A: It’s always very helpful to know:

Q: Can we order samples of your products?
A: Yes all samples are charged at a discounted rate. We require prepayment via a credit card as well as your courier account number or we can arrange shipping. Should you place an order; the costs minus shipping charges will be credited.
Q: Can RiseAbovePromo.com sell products from Overseas?
A: Yes we can, we have resources to export many different products from overseas. Time lines are approx 2-3 months, minimum quantities required. Over seas programs are a great way to save money when you have the time!!
Q: Does RiseAbovePromo.com Supply Embroidery & Silk-screening services?
A: Yes with the sale of our products we supply both Silkscreen and Embroidery services.
Q: What are your Minimum Quantities?
A: Minimum quantities for embroidery are 18 and Silkscreen is 15 Minimum quantities for gift items these vary and contact us direct for quantities.
Q: What type of art format do you accept for Silkscreen and Printed Products?
A: The majority of our manufacturers require an EPS format created in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Photoshop. All text must be converted to outlines.
Q: What if we don’t have the proper file format?
A: RiseAbovePromo.com can provide services to convert your file. We have in house graphic designers that can work with you.
Q: What Type of format do you accept for embroidery?
A: We accept DST files for embroidery however if you don’t have a DST file we can supply digitizing services to create one for you. Simply send us an image of your logo and we will supply you with and quote and a copy of your file upon completion so that you can utilize for future embroidery projects.
Q: Can we see a proof of the art prior to silkscreen embroidery or printed products?
A: Yes an electronic proof will be supplied to you prior to production for Silkscreen and Printed Products. For Embroidery we can supply you with an electronic stitch sample proof or image.
Q: How long will my order take to complete?
A: Depending on the product, the average delivery period is between 2-3 weeks from the date of a signed proof or order form which will be either faxed or email to you once your order has been placed.
Q: What is an Under/Over run?
A: Under/Over runs apply to printed items only, not to Silk-screening and Embroidery on garments during the imprinting process; products may be discarded that do not meet our factories’ high standards. Some factories run extras to be sure to have enough properly imprinted pieces to fill the order. We invoice for the exact quantity shipped. Usually the range is between 5% under and 5% over, Please be sure to order a large enough quantity so that if there is an under shipment, you will have enough products for your program.
